By subscribing to or using Remote Japan Concierge ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Remote Japan Concierge provides bilingual concierge assistance including restaurant reservations, product sourcing, document translation, trip planning, and general Japan-related task support. Services are delivered remotely by a bilingual operator based in Tokyo, Japan.
We offer three monthly subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Founding member pricing is locked for life for the first 10 subscribers.
We aim to respond to all task requests within the timeframe specified in your plan (4–48 hours). Response times may vary during Japanese public holidays. Tasks are completed on a best-efforts basis. We cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third-party availability (e.g. restaurant availability, product stock).
You agree not to use the Service to request:

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@remotejapanconcierge.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Remote Japan Concierge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid in the month the issue occurred.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
